Delivery inside Egypt is free on every board, with no minimum order.

• Dispatch: orders leave us within 1-2 business days of payment.
• Delivery: 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on the governorate.
• Where: all Egyptian governorates. For orders outside Egypt, talk to us first so we can quote the courier.

You get the tracking details as soon as the courier picks the parcel up.

Returns

You can return a board within 14 days of receiving it.

• The board has to come back in the condition it arrived in, with its original packaging and accessories.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the board arrived damaged or faulty.
• Once the board reaches us and passes inspection, the refund goes back through the same payment method.

Arrived damaged or faulty? Message us before sending anything back – tell us the order number and what the board does, and we will tell you how to proceed.
